Head Elder & Treasurer
Ken McCracken
I’ve had a lot of decisions to make in life, but the most important one was to ask Christ to be my personal Lord and Savior!!
He gives me peace and joy that is real, not as the world gives but a lasting peace and joy! Each day He leads me and guides me thru His Word as the precious Holy Spirit teaches me.
I have a wonderful wife who loves the Lord that gives strength to our marriage of almost 56 years! Also, what joy I have in seeing each of our children come to the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ! How much better chance they are going to have in life with Christ as their guide!!
I give Him all the glory for my life and praise Him for dying on that cross to save me from my sin!! PRAISE HIS NAME!!!

I have been attending Arbuckle C&MA Church since 2016. At first, like any new church one would attend there is uncertainty. Are the people nice? Pushy? Preachy? Holier than thou? Judgmental?
The first service I attended I could clearly hear the truth was being preached. That was all that mattered to me. I was listening to what I was reading daily and not hearing another’s opinion.
As such, one of those spiritual truths is we are “broken people.” All of us; every member of every church including all the pastors. This is what is taught and is backed up by scripture, ”all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,” Romans 3:23. Also there is only ONE (!) way to redemption through accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior according to John 3:16.

We are truly blessed to be part of a family that loves the Lord our God and his son, Jesus Christ. Blessings to you, even if you decide not to come check out our church, may the Lord bless you mightily and help you to find a new church family that He and He alone is leading.

God has given me so much to be able to share on Sunday mornings with those of like faith.
Every Sunday brings so much excitement to share what our Lord has done for us. Being a part of it is such a blessing, I only wish there were more to share it with.
We pray that our Lord will bring more people into his house. Being an Elder brings much joy by watching what the Lord can do. By asking, seeking, and knocking we follow the narrow path to our Messiah.
I hope when we stand before Him we hear Him say, “Well done!” SHALOM!

His Joy…is my joy….I am grateful and blessed to be able to serve in the church through the Holy Spirit with the talent the Lord has given me to share.
I enjoy creating bulletin boards. Happy to help. And being a part of the Praise Team; singing for the Lord.
I am grateful for, The Christian and Missionary Alliance Church Family. Love in Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:7 “For we walk by faith, not by sight:” (KJV)

Twenty-one years ago, I was lost and searching for some kind of meaning in my life. Then, I found that meaning and purpose when I found Jesus and became His child.
He has led my heart to be a part of the body of Christ with His gift of serving on the social committee and decorating His church.
It’s all a gift from Him that beings me joy in serving Him. Galatians 5:25 “If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.”
Musician

Music can be a deep electric currant of communing human spirits with God’s Spirit. The blending of congregational voices and musical instruments is a beautiful worship time at church. My soul is blessed as I praise the Lord through the piano.
Growing up, music was always an important part of my family. My mother was a band member at one time, my brothers played various instruments and sang, and I learned to play the piano. When I was twenty-one, my brother who was only one and a half years older than me was killed in a car accident. I earnestly started to seek the Lord at that time, and during the Key ’73 evangelistic meetings of the Methodist church, the Lord opened the truth of the Bible to me. I asked for forgiveness of my sins and accepted the free gift of salvation from the Lord.
Christian music is the dearest to me, because the Lord speaks through the words and the notes. The worshipping of like souls as one in church is such a blessing! JESUS IS LORD! Romans 10:9, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”

Over the years I have had the privilege to serve as a Church Elder, serving on the Church Governing Board to make Congregational and spiritual decisions.
God blessed me with a mechanical gift. I have enjoyed assisting with the ministry of upkeep repairs and grounds keeping.

Music speaks to our hearts in very special ways. The gift of music is truly my delight. It has been my God-given privilege for many years to lead the congregation in singing whether kids choruses, praise songs or traditional hymns to worship our God. Together we praise and honor our Lord and Savior each week. I am so thankful to know that God has a plan for me, as according to Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, "plans fo prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
